How do I check the status of my loan in progress?

You may check the status of your loan application in process online at any time by choosing Application Status from the left-hand side menu.

What information will I be able to see when checking my Application Status online?

You will be able to view your rate and payment information, outstanding conditions, completed appraisal report and contact information for the processor, underwriter and closer assigned to your application.

How do I get a copy of my appraisal?

Once your appraisal report has been completed you will receive notice from CUC Mortgage Corp. instructing you that your appraisal report is now available online to view and\or print by visting the Application Status webpage. On the Application Status page click on the Appraisal link to view or download your appraisal. If you wish to have your appraisal sent to you by U.S. Mail, you may email your request to cucmortgage@cucmortgage.com or you may mail your request to: CUC Mortgage Corporation, PO Box 12670, Albany, NY 12212-2670.
